Configuration Question- Intel SCS Tool installed on a Server other than the Primary SCCM Server

I plan toinstall theIntelSCStoolandServices on adifferent server thanourSCCM2012R2Primary Sitedue to performanceproblems.

Theinstructions for theSCCM2012Addonsshowsin section2.6.3.1ofPDF'S the  installiation of theOOBService Pointrole. Hereisapparentlyassumedthat the role is installed on the Primary Siteandthe certificate was issuedfor this site Site.

Canitcause problemsif this role isinstalled onthe server thatis not theprimarysiteinour case? OurVerisigncertificate is issuedonlyforthe outsourcedserverandnotforthePrimary Site.
